Local Delivery- We offer shipping with a flat rate of £3.5 and free shipping for orders over £50. We aim to have your order delivered within 2-3 business days and will contact you the day before your delivery to confirm your delivery slot.

Return & Exchange Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Seb's Urban Jungle. If for any reason you are not satisfied, please get in touch within 30 days of delivery to discuss possible options. Please note that we do not accept returns on plants or perishable items. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery to arrange for a replacement or refund.
