Cereus Peruvianus Florida

Cereus is probably the largest genus of Cacti. This little beauty is the Night Flowering Cactus (Cereus Peruvianus Florida). They flower during the night and for one night only, meaning you’ll often never get to witness its beautiful bloom. Still cute though.

The word Cereus is derived from Ancient Greek, meaning ‘torch or candle’, referring to the upright trunks of the plant.

Light – Like most cacti, this plant loves a bright spot near a window.

Water – Allow soil to dry completely before watering. Water deeply and allow to dry out until the next watering.

Pot size: 5.5 cm

Height: approx. 8 cm

This plant isn’t toxic to pets but it is a little prickly!
